Ds Rezept ist einfach und gut. So ist immer Knoblauch da. Ab und zu gieße ich etwas Öl nach, damit die Paste immer bedeckt ist.

Du schreibst, sie hält mehrere Monate im Kühlschrank. Bildet sich Schimmel, wenn sie schlecht wird? Ich vermute nämlich, dass ich sie nicht aufbrauchen werde.
