Hierbei habe ich auch zum ersten Mal ein <a href="https://www.wundermix.de/kuechenutensilien/backen/backhelfer/674/gaerkoerbchen-aus-peddigrohr-rund-oe-23-cm?spartner=turbomix" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gärkörbchen </a>verwendet. Die <a href="https://www.wundermix.de/kuechenutensilien/backen/backhelfer/674/gaerkoerbchen-aus-peddigrohr-rund-oe-23-cm?spartner=turbomix" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Größe von 23 cm</a> (Durchschmesser) passt perfekt für den runden Zaubermeister, das <a href="https://www.wundermix.de/kuechenutensilien/backen/backhelfer/675/gaerkoerbchen-aus-peddigrohr-oval-oe-31-cm?spartner=turbomix" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ovale Gärkörbchen mit 31 cm Länge</a> für den Ofenmeister. Herausgekommen ist ein wirklich lecker-saftiges Brot. Bei dem Brot kann man anstelle von Weizenmehl 1050 auch gut <a href="https://www.hubermuehle.de/shop/de/Weizen-Ruchmehl-1kg.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ruchmehl</a> verwenden. Ich verwende in diesem Rezept anstelle von Brotgewürz optional ätherische Öle. <strong>Wichtig</strong>: Die ätherischen Öle müssen für den Verzehr geeignet sein. Ich nutze die Öle von dōTERRA.
